  • How to order a personalized item from ATELIER WILD?

We are always available to discuss any special requests or inquiries that we deem consistent with the spirit, values, and image of our workshop. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How long do dried flowers last?

The longevity of dried or preserved flowers depends on a number of factors that make it difficult for us to give guarantees or even be able to give a specific timeframe for their lifespan. However, properly cared for flowers will last for months and often even years.


Protect them from moisture and handle them gently. Note that direct light can change the color of plants over time, and humidity should be avoided.

Some colors will inevitably fade over time, this cannot be considered a defect in the product, but on the contrary as an additional element of beauty.

  • Are our products imported?

Absolutely not! Our products are made in France in our workshop located in Burgundy. We handcraft all the pieces in our collection. We grow, glean, harvest, and dry many of the plants we use ourselves. When necessary, we purchase from local or French, and sometimes European, suppliers.

  • Do we sell to professionals?

Since summer 2025, our articles are available on Ankorstore, platform specializing in B2B.

  • Is this specific product in stock?

Many of our items are made to order. Due to the nature of our business, we will only be able to manufacture your order after validation and receipt of your payment. Please allow 7 working days for design. However, we always do our best to ship your items sooner if possible.

  • What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also use PayPal, which allows you to pay in installments if you prefer.

  • How to track your order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a parcel number issued by the chosen carrier. This number will allow you to obtain all the detailed information on the tracking of your shipment.
